Any information provided by our users  are stored in a secure location on our client/server, accessible only by AnCAuto.Com staff. We may occasionally call upon our users via email to provide input or respond to surveys related to our club activities. We will do so only in a manner, which is sensitive to and respectful of users privacy. Any user may specifically request that no such contact be made by forwarding their email addresses to: remove@AnCAuto.Com. All users can view information posted on our website without disclosing any personal information. AnCAuto.Com may maintain an "opt-in" emailing list(s) to which users  may subscribe and receive information. Email addresses submitted by a users for such purposes are incorporated into the appropriate mailing list(s), and are never shared with third parties. If at any time a users  who have subscribed to such emailing list(s) should decide they no longer wish to receive the information, they may cancel their subscription by unsubscribing from the list directly. Unless users have specifically requested that we do so, we will never release their personal information to third parties for other purposes. We will, however, disclose certain information to third parties when it is necessary for the processing of a complaint, or other AnCAuto.Com service, or if such release is required by law.

Website Administration
Our server does not track, collect, or distribute personal information about users to our website. They do automatically recognize domain names, but not e-mail addresses or any other data which would enable the personal identification of users. However, our servers track general metric information about visits to our web pages such as the number of hits and visits on certain pages and the countries from which those hits derive. This information is used by our webmaster staff to monitor and ensure the efficient operation of AnCAuto.Com. We may occasionally publish general site traffic statistics. None of this reported information, however, allows for the personal identification of individuals.

User Information
When we collect detailed information about users during an online  application process. The confidential information collected is used only for internal purposes and to administer the services we provide to our users. Such information is never published on our website, and is not disclosed to third parties. Users  may choose during the application process to be notified of news, events, schedules, and services provided by AnCAuto.Com, by email. In such cases, email solicitations will be made directly by AnCAuto.Com, not by third parties, in order to maintain the confidentiality of users contact information. In no instance will AnCAuto.Com provide any confidential users contact information to third parties unless required to do so by law. AnCAuto.Com may from time to time conduct general postal and electronic mailings to its users base for administrative or promotional purposes.
